The last Christmas posting dates for Royal Mail 2020 for post abroad to countries including Australia, Canada and the USA is fast approaching, so if you haven’t got your cards or gifts sorted yet for international postage, you’d better be quick!

While normal deliveries and collections will continue by Royal Mail until Christmas Day in the UK, for sending post abroad the deadline is just around the corner.

Royal Mail advises customers to: ‘beat the festive rush and get all your letters and parcels in the post on time,’ this season, so the sooner you send off your cards and parcels, the better.

When are the last Christmas posting dates for abroad for Royal Mail?

If you were hoping to send your post and parcels abroad with Royal Mail by International Economy post, you’re going to be disappointed. The last postage dates for this class of mail leaving the UK were back in October and early November.

However, there is still time to send your mail abroad in time for Christmas if you send it by Royal Mail’s International Standard, International tracking or signature services.
